Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

AgentIQ is operated by Colorado Home Protection, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the AgentIQ platform ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Account Information

When you register we collect your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). We use this to authenticate you and communicate with you about your account.

2b. Usage Data

We automatically collect data about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, quote count, and subscription status. This is used to operate and improve the Service.

2c. Client Query Data

When you run a carrier match, you enter descriptive health and demographic information about a prospective insurance client. This text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis and is stored in our database alongside your account to support your history and follow-up queries.

Important — Do Not Enter Full Client Names

Use initials or a partial identifier only (e.g., "J.S." or "John S.") when entering health information. Do not associate a client's full legal name with their health data in this system.

2d. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing history.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service
To authenticate your account and enforce access controls
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (account creation, billing alerts)
To generate AI-powered carrier recommendations using query data you enter
To monitor for abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AgentIQ:

Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in the United States)
Anthropic — AI processing of carrier match queries and coaching responses
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — hosting and serverless infrastructure

Each provider has its own privacy policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers. Query data sent to Anthropic is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Quote history is retained to support your follow-up queries and historical reference. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may request deletion of specific quotes at any time using the delete button in your quote history. You may request full account deletion by emailing us at Charlesheathpro@gmail.com.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies on our database. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

8. Colorado Privacy Rights (CPA)

Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data), opt out of targeted advertising (we do not conduct targeted advertising), and appeal a decision we make about your data rights request. To submit an appeal, email Charlesheathpro@gmail.com with the subject line "CPA Appeal."

9. Note on HIPAA

AgentIQ is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The Service is a tool for licensed insurance professionals and does not process Protected Health Information (PHI) in a HIPAA-regulated context. Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when entering client data and are advised not to enter clients' full legal names alongside health information.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately at Charlesheathpro@gmail.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
